Diamond Business Park Gliwice strengthens its position. Key lease renewals and expansion within the WSRE portfolio

White Star Real Estate has renewed lease agreements with three long-standing tenants of Diamond Business Park Gliwice – a modern industrial and logistics complex located in Silesia, Poland. Castolin, ACL Poland, and Rodastal have chosen to continue their cooperation with the property owner, with one of the companies additionally expanding its leased space. All agreements were negotiated and finalized directly by WSRE’s in-house leasing team, without the involvement of external brokers.

Diamond Business Park Gliwice continues to strengthen its position on the Silesian industrial and logistics real estate map. This is confirmed by the recent decisions of long-standing tenants to extend their leases. In recent months, White Star Real Estate has renewed three key lease agreements covering warehouse, office and social space, with a total area exceeding 12,500 sqm.

The largest of the transactions is the lease renewal with Castolin, a company that has been operating at Diamond Business Park Gliwice continuously since 2014. Specializing in regeneration and wear protection technologies using welding and brazing methods, Castolin occupies nearly 6,500 sqm in total, including over 5,050 sqm of warehouse space, approximately 1,000 sqm of office space, and 450 sqm of social facilities. The lease extension is the result of several months of discussions, during which various development scenarios for the company’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe were evaluated.

ACL Poland, part of the Air Container Logistic group and specializing in comprehensive logistics services for air, sea, and road freight, has also decided to extend its lease. The renewed agreement covers over 2,400 sqm, including 2,200 sqm of warehouse space and 200 sqm of office space.

Rodastal, a manufacturer of steel products, not only chose to remain at Diamond Business Park Gliwice, but also nearly doubled its leased space. The company extended its existing lease of 1,620 sqm (including 1,460 sqm of warehouse space and 160 sqm of office space) and expanded by an additional 1,988 sqm of warehouse space, bringing the total leased area to over 3,600 sqm.

Diamond Business Park Gliwice is a modern industrial, warehouse, and office complex located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone (northern part of the Gliwice Subzone).
